The Rigby Foundation Annual Review 2024-24

This past year has been nothing short of transformative. From launching our flagship Inspiring Futures programme to forging powerful partnerships with charities, education providers, and strategic organisations across the West Midlands, we’ve laid the groundwork for lasting change.

·      £3+ million committed to education and employability
·      Collaborations with 10 schools and 9 charities, resulting in over 1300 young people supported in the first 3 months of the Inspiring Futures Programme.
·      Supporting strategic partners like Generation UK, Grace Foundation, Right to Succeed and Royal National Children's SpringBoard Foundation.
·      100 young people, from the West Midlands, aged 18-25 secured meaningful employment with average starting salaries of £25,000
Programmes focused on mental health, essential skills, academic attainment, and meaningful employment.

We’re especially proud of our place-based approach, working hand-in-hand with local authorities and communities to unlock opportunity where it’s needed most.
